Our CNAs are an important part of our members' everyday lives. You'll provide hands‑on care to the Veterans and spouses who call our community home while supporting their independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

As a CNA, you'll work closely with our nurses and other members of the care team to provide quality, individualized care to our members.
Your shift may include:
- Assisting members with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Helping with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Supporting members with toileting and continence needs
- Obtaining and documenting vital signs, weights, and other information as assigned
- Answering call lights and responding to member needs
- Observing members and communicating changes or concerns to the nurse
- Following individualized plans of care
- Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and homelike environment
- Providing care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Current eligibility on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
- Dependability and the ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to providing compassionate, quality care
- Long‑term care experience is welcomed, but not required.
