Hybrid role average 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

HPE is hiring a Product Quality Auditor for our facility in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. The product quality auditor performs product quality audits of computers and processes in manufacturing, documents and organizes actions from improvement opportunities, works with relevant teams to drive product and process improvements, audits processes via ISO 9001 for certification upkeep, and resolves manufacturing issues that arise during customer installation of computer systems that the facility ships out.

• Perform product quality audits of computers and processes in manufacturing.
• Document, organize, and create actions from improvement opportunities found during audits.
• Work with relevant teams to drive improvements in products and processes.
• Audit processes via ISO 9001 standard for certification upkeep.
• Resolve manufacturing issues that arise during customer installation of computer systems.

• Typically an Associate's degree or 4-6 years of experience.
• May include experienced individuals performing equivalent work who are non‑degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.
• Experience in manufacturing or technology field an plus.

• Basic knowledge in the field of electro mechanical technology is a plus.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Needs to effectively communicate with other teams about problems that are found.

Hourly Salary USD 18.61 - 39.42 in Wisconsin. Variable incentives may also be offered.
