As a Donut Fryer/Finisher, you’ll help create delicious donuts and maintain bakery standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Provide Helpful Service: Deliver excellent guest service, greet guests, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and care.
• Prepare Donuts: Mix, fry, and decorate donuts according to recipes and department standards.
• Enhance Sales: Create visually appealing and delicious donuts to boost sales.
• Minimize Waste: Follow production lists and recipes with precise measurements to minimize waste and shrink.
• Offer Assistance: Help guests find items, handle special orders, and maintain proper phone etiquette.
• Product Management: Package and price items from the service case and replenish bakery supplies as needed.
• Department Support: Assist in other areas as needed and maintain clean work areas, shelving, and sales floor.
• Food Safety: Adhere to food safety protocols, maintain logs, and meet quality standards (including quantity targets at 100% by 10 am and 5 pm).
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance and provide adequate notice for replacements during absences.
• Support the Team: Other duties as assigned.

The Donut Fryer/Finisher position may be part-time or full-time. Schedules generally include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, with potential evenings or overnight shifts.

This role requires a passion for baking and a commitment to food service excellence to ensure guests enjoy fresh, delectable donuts and a memorable experience at our grocery store.
