Deliver an exceptional direct to consumer experience by engaging with guests purchasing beer, merchandise, and branded products onsite;
Serve as a frontline brand representative by creating positive, efficient, and accurate consumer interactions that drive loyalty and repeat visits;
Execute direct to consumer sales transactions, including order fulfillment, merchandise handling, and point of sale responsibilities;
Maintain organized, stocked, and consumer ready DTC areas to support daily sales volume and peak demand periods;
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests to support a high quality in person DTC experience
