Adult Residential Support Professional

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is a private, non‑profit, human service agency providing a variety of services throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Over the years, LSS has grown to become one of the largest human service agencies in the two state area serving more than 125,000 clients annually. We are looking for passionate, mission‑driven individuals to help provide services including outpatient behavioral health management, international, domestic and special needs adoptions, older adult services, support services for children, youth and families, community corrections programs and support services for adults with disabilities and/or mental health concerns.

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) – L.E. Phillips – Chippewa Falls, WI is seeking a compassionate and dependable Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at a new 50‑bed residential treatment program for adult males, opening in Chippewa Falls in Spring/Summer 2026.

• 10pm-8am and every other weekend

In this direct care role, you will support residents in recovery by providing supervision, encouragement, life‑skills coaching, and a safe, structured environment. You’ll work closely with residents to support treatment goals while responding appropriately to daily needs, challenges, and crisis situations.

• Monitor and support residents in a residential treatment setting
• Serve as a positive role model and provide daily encouragement
• Document observations and maintain accurate records
• Support treatment plans and resident goals
• Assist with medication monitoring/administration
• Help with housekeeping, laundry, meals, and daily living activities
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities
• Facilitate educational and life‑skills activities
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or residential care preferred
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
