Community Caregiver

Lutheran Social Services is seeking a compassionate Community Caregiver to support older adults and individuals with disabilities in their homes and neighborhoods. In this client-centered role, you'll assist with daily living tasks, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation while fostering safety, independence, and social connection. You'll follow care plans, document services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
