Overnight Residential Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services seeks an Overnight Residential Support Staff member to provide awake overnight supervision, safety monitoring, and compassionate support in a residential program. In this role, you will conduct safety checks, follow individualized service plans, document observations, assist with basic daily living needs, and respond to behavioral or emotional crises using trauma-informed, person-centered approaches. You will help maintain a calm, clean, and respectful environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to dignity, inclusion, and social justice.
