Children with Differing Abilities (CWDA) Children's Long-Term Support-Waiver (CLTS) Social Worker: needs assessment, case planning, and advocacy; to provide and coordinate services to children with varying disabilities, functioning levels, and mental health needs. Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Social Worker Children: needs assessment, crisis intervention, case planning, advocacy and development of community resources; to provide services to both children and adults with varying disabilities, functioning levels, substance use and mental health needs utilizing a wrap-around/multi-disciplinary team approach.
Adult Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Social Worker Adults: needs assessment, crisis intervention, case planning, advocacy and development of community resources; to provide services to both children and adults with varying disabilities, functioning levels, substance use and mental health needs utilizing a wrap-around/multi-disciplinary team approach.
