Receiving Material Handler – 2nd Shift

This role has been designed as "Onsite" with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Accountable for the development, planning, execution, and management of activities related to materials and inventory control for materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, distribution, storage, cycle counting, inspection, order fulfillment, kitting, material movement, inventory maintenance, and scheduling of work. Exempt level duties include data compilation, reporting, and statistical analysis.

• Perform varied tasks involved in controlling inventory, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment (e.g., movement of materials using pallet jacks, daily collection of statistics, routine maintenance).
• Support intermediate‑level transactional processes that require independent judgment.
• Follow detailed documentation and instructions to execute a variety of process‑oriented tasks to support inventory control and materials management activities (e.g., expediting routine shipments, clearing Shipment Delay Advisories).
• Identify basic‑to‑complex functional process anomalies (e.g., inventory control, shipping and receiving, cycle counts) and seek guidance for resolution.
• Support the training of new hires.

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2‑4 years of experience in materials and/or distribution.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management applications and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Strong technical knowledge specific to the business function.
• Strong multi‑tasking ability.

Hourly Salary USD 16.44 – 34.81 in Wisconsin.
