Bamford Collection is seeking a Guest Services Operator to join its luxury hospitality, retail and wellness brands in Kingham, Oxfordshire. You will manage inbound calls, emails and social media, and oversee bookings and retail orders to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Hours are 40 per week, with a shift pattern from 8am–6:30pm on weekdays and 9am–5:30pm on weekends, on a 5-out-of-7 rota. Salary is £28,700 per annum, with benefits including discounts and private medical cover.
