Administration Executive/Associate - Choa Chu Kang

Provide visitor and guest reception, including answering phone calls and enquiries professionally and routing callers to the appropriate parties

Greet and assist guests and visitors to the school

Provide assistance to students as required

Manage Lost and Found items, including cash and valuables within the school premises

Assist students on duty during morning assembly at the General Office

Attend to students at the sick bay in accordance with established SOPs

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to school operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with school policies

Manage the School App for dissemination of information to parents and staff

Manage the E-namecard App for all staff

Provide administrative support to the Admissions & Transition Committee

Support school activities and events, including procurement, logistics, and documentation

Assist in the preparation of reports

Human Resource Support

Submit daily staff attendance records

Update, maintain, and generate reports for staff leave applications and related matters

Generate attendance reports for contract and relief staff

Process, follow up, and maintain records of staff course applications

Other Duties

Act as liaison with other APSN schools and Shared Services for events and collaborations

Provide administrative support for school events, meetings, and official functions

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements

Minimum N/O level, NITEC or Diploma

At least 2 years of experience in administration of school matters

MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint

Negotiation and problem solving skills

Good written and oral communication skills

Interpersonal and customer service skills
