Overview
Allied Dental Associates of Choctaw is seeking a Practice Administrator to join our team of dental professionals. This position plays a key role in presenting treatment plans, reviewing financial options, supporting case acceptance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. We strive to give our patients an outstanding experience from start to finish, and you will have the opportunity to make this a reality for each guest.

** Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus! **
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities
- Present and explain treatment plans
- Review insurance benefits and financial arrangements
- Coordinate patient scheduling
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Posting insurance payments
- Support front office workflow and patient communication
Qualifications
- 1+ years of dental office experience
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Strong understanding of dental terminology and insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
