Engagement Specialist II-PT

Summary

Under direct supervision, the Engagement Specialist II works with staff to support the Library's strategic goals and initiatives by assisting customers and providing relevant and timely programs and services, both inside and outside the library.

The hiring salary for this position is $21.79 hourly. This is a half-time position working 20 hours per week. This position is not exempt from the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.

The current need for this position requires that the candidate be available to work the following days:
Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday 8am to 12pm, and Saturday 8am to 5pm.

Hours are subject to change according to the needs of the library.

• Vacation Leave @ 4 hours per month
• Sick leave @ 4 hours per month
• Twelve paid holidays (subject to date of hire)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from an accredited college or university; and
• One year of customer service experience.
