• Servicing and repairing cars and vans to high standards
• Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer software
• Performing mechanical repairs including brakes, clutches, gearboxes, engines, and electrical systems
• Servicing and repairing trailers as required
• Conducting MOT inspections, preparations, and presentations
• Carrying out roller brake testing and fault diagnosis
• Maintaining accurate documentation, including job cards and parts usage
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Delivering excellent customer care with professional standards
• Communicating effectively with the Workshop Supervisor regarding tooling or support needs

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Car & LCV Vehicle Technician with strong diagnostic skills
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Own a comprehensive set of tools
