Tip Top Job is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support the Farm Manager in daily broiler farm operations on site in Chorley. You will supervise staff, track flock performance, maintain records and ensure biosecurity, welfare and production efficiency are upheld.
The role requires practical poultry farming experience, a Poultry Passport or equivalent certification, and flexibility to work weekends and longer hours as production demands. Competitive salary up to 34,000 GBP per year.
