• Report to service line leadership such as the Medical Director of Hematology/Oncology and the Director of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams including pediatric oncology nurses, pharmacists, social workers, child life specialists.
• Provide evidence-based care across inpatient and outpatient settings, conduct independent visits, manage infusion and supportive care.
• Assess treatment toxicities, coordinate transitions of care, support transplant and cellular therapy pathways.
• Participate in quality initiatives and education.

• Compensation up to $210,000.
