We are pleased to present an outstanding opportunity for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join a reputable Motorcycle MOT and Service Centre in Christchurch, Dorset. Our client is actively seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician or a qualified car technician with a passion for motorcycles.

This role is ideal for professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality work in a modern, customer-focused environment. As a Motorcycle Technician, you will play a vital role within a forward-thinking team committed to excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction.

  • Competitive basic salary from £30,000 to £38,000, negotiable based on experience

Duties:
  • Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on motorcycles and other vehicles
  • Carry out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and engine work to manufacturer standards
  • Lead technical investigations and support warranty claims
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to other Technicians and Apprentices
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism within the workshop
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols
  • Work closely with management and aftersales teams to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used
Requirements:
  • Qualified Motorcycle Technician, Master Technician, or experienced Car Technician with motorcycle diagnostic experience
  • Extensive fault-finding and diagnostics knowledge on motorcycles
  • Full motorcycle licence is essential
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement
  • Professional attitude and positive approach to work
  • Strong attention to detail and safety standards
