Location: Bournemouth (Commutable from Poole, Christchurch, Wimborne Minster, Ringwood)

Salary: Up to £45,000 Starting Basic (Dependent on experience)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday ONLY –
Strictly No Weekends!

We are a busy, highly reputable independent garage in Bournemouth looking for a dedicated MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join our professional team. We reject the rushed "conveyor belt" mentality in favor of thorough inspections, quality mechanical repairs, and treating our workshop staff with genuine respect.

• Conducting official Class 4 (and Class 7 if qualified) MOT tests to strict DVSA standards
• Balancing testing bay duties with general vehicle servicing, routine maintenance, and mechanical repairs
• Utilizing modern diagnostic tools to accurately trace faults and execute efficient fixes
• Working closely with the Service Manager to maintain smooth workflow and high bay efficiency

• MOT Badge: Active, valid DVSA MOT Testing Licence (Essential)
• Experience: Proven hands-on workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
• Licence: Valid full UK Driving Licence
• Mindset: A safety-conscious, reliable approach with pride in delivering quality work
