New Milton | £18 per hour starting rate | Potential annual earnings £48,000–£54,000 including overtime
We are recruiting an experienced Welder / Fabricator for a long-established structural steel company in New Milton.
Start on £18 per hour, with the potential for a pay increase within the first month depending on your skill level. With overtime, annual earnings can reach £48,000–£54,000.
The roleYou will join an expanding workshop team, predominantly carrying out MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects, including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and bridges.
Previous fabrication and welding experience is required. TIG welding experience and a CSCS card would be beneficial, but neither is essential.
Working hoursMonday–Thursday: 7.45am–4.15pm
Friday: 7.30am–3pm
Optional early starts from 6.30am for those wanting additional overtime
Overtime paid after 39 hours per week at 1.3×
Saturday morning overtime paid at 1.5×
£18 per hour starting rate
Potential pay increase within the first month, depending on skill level
Potential annual earnings of £48,000–£54,000 with overtime
Permanent opportunity with a 13 - week probationary period
