SUBSTITUTE OPPORTUNITIES –

The Montgomery County School Board in Virginia is now accepting applications for substitute positions that may be available within our division for the  school year.
This posting is for student teachers and interns only placed with MCPS.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The substitute assumes the responsibilities of the regular employee when that employee is absent from work.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Students must currently be a student teacher or intern and have been given permission from their college or university to hold a substitute position.
• Students may begin a substitute position AFTER working six weeks with their cooperating teacher and completing MCPS Human Resources paperwork requirements
