The Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting alcohol monitoring devices while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and delivering excellent customer service.

• Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices.
• Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility which include:
• Operate a clean, organized and hazard free work environment.
• Conduct training sessions covering use of products to customers.
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees.
• Consistently perform monthly inventory audits.
• Assist other shops in surrounding area when applicable.
• Management of daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly.
• Correspondence with management and/or lead technicians when challenges are presented.
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information.
• Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statute.
• Any other duty, as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with 12V.
• 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail orientation.
