• Supervise and coordinate wastewater operations staff.
• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wastewater systems.
• Ensure compliance with VDEQ, EPA, and safety regulations.
• Train staff and assist with scheduling, evaluations, and documentation.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call situations as needed.
