The Town of Christiansburg is looking for a Crew Maintenance Supervisor (Wastewater Facility) to join their team in Christiansburg, VA.

Summary:
- Supervise and coordinate wastewater facility maintenance staff.
- Oversee the repair and upkeep of electrical, chemical, and mechanical systems at the WWTF and pump stations.
- Inspect pumps, valves, controls, PLCs, SCADA systems, and backup power systems to ensure proper function.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with VDEQ, EPA, and safety regulations.
- Train staff and assist with scheduling, evaluations, and documentation.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call situations as needed.
