• Supervise and coordinate wastewater facility maintenance staff.
• Oversee the repair and upkeep of electrical, chemical, and mechanical systems at the WWTF and pump stations.
• Inspect pumps, valves, controls, PLCs, SCADA systems, and backup power systems to ensure proper function.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with VDEQ, EPA, and safety regulations.
• Train staff and assist with scheduling, evaluations, and documentation.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call situations as needed.
