Commonwealth Senior Living - 201 Wheatland Court - Responsibilities:
Administer and accurately record the administration of medications for residents as prescribed by the physician;
Monitor and ensure safe delivery of the Medication Management Program;
Document pertinent information in resident records and incident reports as indicated;
Demonstrate awareness of infection control practices and universal precautions;
Maintain communication with Resident Care Director and staff regarding resident care and medication updates
