We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Hospice to deliver exceptional end‑of‑life care in Christiansburg, VA.

• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assess patient physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and symptom management interventions.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and families regarding disease progression, symptom management, and end‑of‑life care.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and loved ones.
• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and update patient care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hospice care standards, patient safety protocols, and quality initiatives.
• Participate in on‑call responsibilities as required by the facility.

• Active RN License in Virginia.
• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience, preferably in Hospice, Home Health, Palliative Care, Oncology, or Med‑Surg.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Hospice and Palliative Care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and symptom management skills.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and patient advocacy abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient needs.
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach to care.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
