• Document all activity electronically and complete on‑call shift notes prior to reporting off.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate symptom management, plan of care, and care transitions.
• Adhere to hospice guidelines, safety protocols, and professional standards in all patient interactions.

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year hospice experience
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a home healthcare‑hospice setting
• Accepts on‑site travel for patient visits as part of a travel assignment

• Mileage reimbursement at $0.65 per mile
• Assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the travel assignment
