Full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity at Carilion Clinic St. Albans Hospital. Preferred qualifications include PMHNP, but FNPs and PAs are also considered.

• Three 12‑hour shifts
• 7a.m.–7p.m. Friday/Saturday and Sunday shifts

St. Albans is a 36‑bed inpatient mental health unit with an active outpatient practice, dedicated to meeting the behavioral and mental health needs of patients. The Nurse Practitioner reports to the Section Chief and collaborates with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Experience: 0 years
• Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP), DEA license, and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. AHA BLS‑HCP certification required;
  Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.
• Must work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and demonstrate computer literacy for electronic medical record systems.
