This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive outpatient setting.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions
* Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
* Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings

** What We Require:

* Education:

** Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
*
* Experience:

1-3 preferred
**** Licensure/Certification:
** Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assitatn ( PA) DEA license and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure requiredAHA BLS-HCP certification required. Advanced Life Support certification preferred. Eligible for prescriptive authority in accordance with State regulations and as authorized by the Virginia Boards of Nursing and Medicine.

* Minimum qualifications:

** Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers. Demonstrates good written and oral communication skills. Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records.

* Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
