Role Description

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a retail team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong connections with customers, and continuously developing their skills to advance to the next level as a Retail Associate Manager. New associates will complete comprehensive training to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty by helping customers find solutions that meet their needs, including demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions, demonstrating coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experiences, systems, and processes.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Passionate about customer service and technology.
• Competitive and successful in a sales environment.
• Willing to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail experience preferred.
