Hourly rate: $16 – $29 per hour (at least the local minimum wage). Premiums up to $3.00 per hour may be awarded for schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Annual or quarterly performance incentives are also available.

Home associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on their wants and needs. They also ensure that Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
