Position Summary
Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential, coordinating and overseeing job‑related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability and measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. Supervision and development of associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing achievements, and fostering a belonging mindset. Ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting the company mission, values, and ethical standards, and guiding the Open Door Policy and business processes.

Annual salary range: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location, and Complex Structure based on external factors.

• 2 years of college, or
• 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience, or
• 2 years of general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For ammunition facilities: a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership (Live Better U or Bellevue University), Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership (Live Better U or Bellevue University), general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
