Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be required.
