Lead pet parent and associate experience, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold store standards.;

Drive store profitability, monitor KPIs, manage expenses and reporting.;
Collaboration:
Partner with Store Leadership for in-store and community events and adhere to policies.;
Supervisory responsibilities:
Oversee Experience Leader and Process Leader, up to 70 associates as appropriate.
