Security Officer - Unarmed Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site management and public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout retail sales floors, stock areas, corridors, loading areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Control access by monitoring entrances and exits, checking credentials when required, and assisting with crowd flow and line management during peak shopping periods;
Document observations, incidents, and/or policy violations in written reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
