Smart Start, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot and remove alcohol monitoring and vehicle electronic devices. You will work on-site Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, supporting public safety and compliance with a hands-on approach.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, strong technical aptitude with 12-volt DC systems, and the ability to train customers and provide phone support while maintaining safety and quality standards.
