Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $ Annually

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive service technician at a dealership or large facility
• A or B level diagnostic and repair capability across drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
• Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be at least 20 years of age
• Virginia state inspection license (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment with low comebacks
• Strong communication with service advisors and team members
• ASE certification (one or more)
• Experience with Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, or Volkswagen vehicles
• Manufacturer-specific certifications
