Organize and maintain Facilities records.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Image and file executed contracts.
- Organize and maintain Facilities Common drive files.
- Assist with vehicle licensing and insurance.
- Assist with fleet vehicle maintenance and maintenance drop off.
- Scanning,imaging,and file maintenance.
- Complete daily routine of campus coffee dispensers.
- Produce monthly GL report.
High school diploma, some college preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent decision-making ability exhibited by actions and recommendations. Ability to use computer programs proficiently to track projects, make recommendations, write reports, documentcommunicationand manage budgets. Ability toalways maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Performance StandardAble to deal with high pressure situations in a professional manner.
Proficient at diagnosing problems and finding solutions. Exhibit a professional appearance, attitude, and verbal communication. Maintain a current driver license and a good driving record. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
Physical Requirements- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting cash, etc.).
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Lift 20-40 pounds of applicable supplies including but not limited to copy paper, cash drawers, marketing material, etc.
- Repetitive motion using wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Reach keyboards.
- Ability to operate basic office machines (calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine, etc.).
