Responsibilities- Maintain Perpetual Accuracy:
Oversee the lifecycle of material, equipment, and supplies, ensuring our database matches reality through rigorous physical counts and reconciliation. - Strategic Problem Solving:
Investigate discrepancies with a discriminating approach, identify root causes, and report shortages before they impact customers. - Operational Excellence:
Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; label shelves for maximum efficiency; manage vendor relationships with professionalism.
We seek a teammate who takes ownership of their work, works hard without needing constant supervision, and understands how accuracy affects the entire team’s success.
- Experience:
4–6 years of inventory, warehouse, or clerical experience. - Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Skills:
Strong computer proficiency, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to handle complex problems with a calm, results-oriented attitude. - Physical Ability:
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing active warehouse duties (kneeling, stooping, reaching).
