IT Operations Administrator - Chubbuck

The IT Operations Administrator supports daily IT operations by managing identity and access controls, overseeing asset lifecycle and budgeting, conducting audits, and provisioning training environments. This role ensures secure, efficient, and compliant IT systems while maintaining adherence to established processes across the organization.

• Administer and maintain accurate user access permissions across multiple platforms (Active Directory, SaaS applications, on-prem systems).
• Assist with IT asset inventoryupdates,auditsand lifecycle tracking.
• Ensure asset costs stay within the ITbudget.
• Support setup and maintenance of training environmentstoensurefullreadiness for training classroomsincluding oversight of system refreshes and upgrades.
• Generate and distribute operational reports (asset utilization, compliance status, permissions and budgets).
• Maintain accurate documentation for processesandconfigurations.
• Overseechangecontrol and assist in audits.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to IT governance frameworks.
• Deliver monthly IT and Green Team training while maintaining high-quality, up-to-date operational documentation.
• MaintainIT documentation standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all teams.
• Provide Tier3operational support for escalated issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree required. A degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Business preferred.
• 0-3years of experience in IT operations orrelevantexperience.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and security principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira,Service Now,JSM).
• Strong organizational, analytical,and communication skills.

The IT Operations Administrator is expected to process user permission requests within established SLAs, maintain asset inventory accuracy, ensure training environments are prepared and functional before scheduled sessions, and submitmonthlyoperational reports on time. Compliance with change control procedures and zero critical audit findings are essential to success in this role.

Must be a motivated individual with strong attention to detail andtheability towork under pressure and meet deadlines.

Must comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
