This full-time, on-site role located in Chula Vista, CA involves handling day-to-day client accounting and payroll tasks within a CPA firm setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing financial statements
• Managing payroll processes
• Ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Supporting tax preparation efforts
• Assisting with budgeting reports
• Collaborating with team members to meet client needs and deadlines
• Delivering accurate and timely financial information

• Strong knowledge and experience in Accounting and Certified Public Accounting (CPA)
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and handling Tax Preparation
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and payroll systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or active pursuit is preferred
