EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant five years of working experience. Hands-on full cycle accounting experience is required.
- Experience in manufacturing company is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Processing high volume full cycle AP
- Answers all vendor inquiries and resolve AP issues
- Maintain, analyze & reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Performs month end and year end closing processes including preparation and posting of journal entries.
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Knowledge/experience in preparation financial statement
- Prepares various reports to management as required.
- Interface with outside auditors during audit and tax preparation.
- Assist management in the preparation of budget.
