Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Administrative Clerk to join a dynamic team in San Diego. This position requires a candidate who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and effectively, and possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting team operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Order and manage office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Additional Details

The pay range for this position is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Contract role until June.
