POSITION SUMMARY
Our Property Administrative Specialists play an important role in a number of vital hotel functions. At our hotels, Property Administrative Specialists work across departments (e.g., Guest Services, Engineering, Food & Beverage) to support administrative needs. Whether providing administrative support (e.g., prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software), serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors, or acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event), our Property Administrative Specialists get the job done.
They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
- Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Act as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event, post-event).
- Support cross-departmental functions across Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to meet administrative needs.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments; support the team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.
- Maintain a safe workplace, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional appearance and communications.
