Transdev in Chula Vista & El Cajon is hiring an Admin. Clerk. The Admin Clerk performs all administrative functions for the location. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety

This position is based in Chula Vista & El Cajon, CA in supporting the MTS Contract.

• Competitive compensation package- range from $17.00-$21.00 per hour

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 7 days
• Holidays: 7 standard

• Perform project clerical and administrative details according to contractual and legal mandates.
• Prepare contract correspondence, monthly reports, and schedules.
• Administer accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.
• Coordinate required reports at the contract level.
• Other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Office, data entry, or administrative experience plus.
• Experience with MS office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
• Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
• The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check to including a drug test
• Travel requirement (50%):
  This position reports to 2 locations. EL Cajon and Chula Vista office

• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
