Construction Project Manager
We are currently representing a rapidly growing construction firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. One of the first projects will be an 85 unit multifamily project in which they will be overseeing this job with a Lead Superintendent. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining strong coordination among all stakeholders.
Heavy paperwork, contracts, and communication with various subcontractors, inspectors, and consultants will also be part of the daily routine at this project site.
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction operations from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones
- Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to drive project progress
- Lead daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings to uphold safety and quality expectations
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and reports
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or related construction leadership role
- Proven track record with multifamily construction projects ranging from 100-250 units.
- Proficient in construction software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a solution-focused mindset
- Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, document control, and stakeholder coordination
