Pay Range: $25-30 - W2 hourly
Duration: 12 months contract
Job DescriptionWe are looking to bring on a Customer Support Representative focused on global airline nacelle support and customer service. You will work within a high-performance team environment to maintain 24/7 global support, along with account management responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Support:
Provide assistance to airlines, MRO facilities, and brokers regarding aftermarket spares orders and general customer service needs. - Customer Portal Navigation:
Offer support for the organization's global Spares and Technical Service Customer Portal. - Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone or electronically, providing product and service information or addressing concerns. - Credit/Invoice Management:
Handle credit releases and invoice payment requirements. - Order Processing:
Process customer orders and quotes following Standard Work procedures; elevate queries as needed. - Reporting:
Generate daily reports to management to ensure business targets are being met. - Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in improving organizational processes and quality. - Record Maintenance:
Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions using ERP systems, CRM MS Dynamics, and Salesforce. - Logistics Coordination:
Work with provisioning, shipping, and inventory teams to expedite or trace shipments. - Customer Satisfaction:
Deliver excellent customer support to ensure satisfaction. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain familiarity with the organization's products to provide accurate information.
Experience:
2-4 years in customer relationship management, order management, or high-profile customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), familiarity with MS Dynamics, TEAMS, and SAP (or equivalent).
- Continuous Improvement:
Experience participating in process improvement initiatives. - ERP Knowledge:
Working knowledge of ERP systems and business applications.
