W&O in California seeks a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist I to be the primary contact for customers through the order management and fulfillment process. You will proactively communicate status and expectations, and resolve technical and logistical issues with internal teams.
You will review purchase orders, manage communications via shared inboxes and customer portals, and ensure timely updates or escalations. A HS diploma is required; D365 experience is a plus.
