W&O Supply is seeking a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist I to be the primary contact for customer relationships throughout order management and fulfillment, proactively communicating status and expectations while resolving issues.
The role reviews incoming purchase orders and customer emails, routing questions to the proper departments or taking ownership to resolve the issue. A high school diploma (college degree preferred) and customer service experience are desired.
