Sharp Health Care is hiring for a customer service role in Chula Vista. The position handles general information and patient inquiries from the community and Sharp Health Care staff on a 24-hour, year-round basis, using Sharp services knowledge to resolve issues on first contact whenever possible.
The role requires 2 years of high-contact customer service experience, preferably in a call center or concierge setting; ability to manage multiple demands under pressure; and a HS diploma or equivalent.
