Mossy Auto Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Service Department in Chula Vista. You will handle inbound calls, convert web chat leads, and follow up on recalls and customer satisfaction campaigns. The role is the face of the dealership, delivering upbeat, courteous service to callers.
Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm with every other Sat 8am-4pm. Base pay ranges $19.00-$22.00 per hour plus benefits; prior call center experience is preferred.
